Just to not have these in multiple threads.
Translations:
Lets face it, there are fighters worldwide. And I'm pretty sure they won't stand seeing this only in English.
Spanish, German, French, and Portuguese are languages I would prioritize.
Showing your work:
When implementing guest stars, there's that small percentage of things you added to make it more faithful to the source material. That actually pleases players more than you would think. Mega Man in Smash U/3DS is the most recent and perfect example of this. The small details such as his animations are what make his presence faithful to his franchise.
Stage editor:
No description needed.
Match Recording:
I bold this as a priority suggestion of mine. Fighting game coverage is largely a contributing factor to channel popularity and game popularity and attention. Being able to distribute your matches easily would make an ease of usage for sharers who don't want to spend 120$ on a recording device. Sure, you could use Fraps, but it's hard to work with due to file size and whatnot.
Streaming:
Probably a moot suggestion for the PS4 due to Twitch integration, but hey, for the PC, same reasons as above.
A backstory:
Even if it's an excuse plot, most fighters have a story, if not a story mode.
Bosses:
Yes, borrowed from Smash, but hey, bosses are fun to fight. Maybe even implementing an online co-op for bosses.
Any others?

These are all really good ideas.
Edit: I would also recommend a tournament mode like smash and please have good online servers unlike Smash and Allstars

LIQUIDFGC- Translations: We don't want to say that we can do something and fail to deliver on our promise that is why the current Kickstarter has the additional languages listed as Stretch Goals. Showing your work: Certainly!!!! Philocypher has been doing an impeccable job transitioning Hali's moveset over from Megatroid into her character model in Bionic Fighters. We have a lot planned in mind to bring our continuing indie game characters to life Stage editor: Yes, will be added into the next Kickstarter campaign as a Stretch Goal. Match Recording: Can't you already do this with Twitch on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles? For Steam build, I believe the user can purchase bandicam or Action! video, but not certain about adding in this additional functionality. Streaming: Already taken care of!!! Look forward to some gameplay streams of Bionic Fighters coming at you this summer with development progressing onward. A backstory: Good observation for our solo gamers. Keep in mind that this mode in particular requires a breath of resources, time, and development assets to fully come to life. Take into account, the Mortal Kombat re-boot a few years back had a Badass single player story mode, but they probably spent over half the development time working on it and the cut scenes for the game. Bosses: That is a super Epic mode suggestion. Co-op Boss mode in Bionic Fighters would certainly give the "Smash Run" mode a run for its money.

LIQUIDFGC- Match Recording: Can't you already do this with Twitch on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles? For Steam build, I believe the user can purchase bandicam or Action! video, but not certain about adding in this additional functionality. There is a distinction between a simple video recording and a game recording. A game recording records all the details from a omniscient perspective. A video recording simply takes the data stored in the framebuffers and copies them on to disk. Have you ever played an RTS that has game recordings? Those features record all the details of the recorded match: all units produced, all of the players' perspectives, all research performed, all statistics, no fog-of-war.

This is probably more of a hectic mode, but why not add a King of the Hill mode?
Pretty much, you start off with no one on top. As soon as someone gains a kill, a crown is shown over their head, or percentage bar, and he is now considered the "King". Now, it is up to the other 1-3 players to "dethrone" the "King" (ko him), and whoever ko's the King, becomes the new King. Rinse and repeat until the match is over. Whoever is the King by the end if the match is the winner.

Please put game mode requests in the Game Modes thread. It's not really a rule, but it helps keep everything organized.
