I thought it would be kinda neat to have an "introduction" thread where we can all share a little something about ourselves and what it is we can provide to the team, and how about your favorite video game (if you have one!)
I'm Mike, I have a background in mostly digital mediums and interning here during my senior year of college. I am providing models for the game, so if anyone has any questions about anything related to anything modeling just send me a tell! As for my favorite game...just for the sake of nostalgia I'd say Ocarina of Time!

mike- This information is critically important to the development of Titus! Do you know how to convert a model rigged with a Physique modifier over to a Skin modifier?

Oh, uhm, maybe? I think there is a plugin you can download for Max. I can fool around with it, can't promise anything though.

I will honestly say, I don't know how. I have used maya to animate, build, and texture. My main expertise is designing and drawing characters. I am very experienced with using photoshop! So if there is anything you need to know in that area, I am your man! As for a little bit about myself: Name's Austin John Jones, I have been drawing, painting, and playing video games MY ENTIRE LIFE! And saying that. Its what I am passionate about! I did some freelance preforming in my teenage years, juggling, riding unicycle, chinese yo-yo, AND I was even a contortionist! (I also tell jokes! ) I went to High School at High Tech High, College at Art Center College of Design, majored in Illustration and minored in entertainment art! Some of my favorite games: Team Fortress 2, Portal, Portal 2, Half Life 2, ALLLLL the pokemon games! My current favorite game is Pokemon X and Y and I must say after only playing it for a week it has went above and BEYOND my expectations, doing what pokemon has never done before!! But, if I have a soft spot for games: Fighting Games. SSB, Tekken, Battle Arena Toshinden 3, Mortal Combat, Kakuto Chojin, Soul Calibur, the list goes on! Anyway I could say more about myself but that should give you a good idea! Great to be here everyone!

Hi! I'm Tavian Napier, I'll be one of the character animators for the team. I have a degree in animation and game design and I'm eager to start working on this game.
I love gaming, biking, philosophy and writing. I've been a gamer for as long as I can remember. I've worked as a game reviewer for the examiner.com and Worked at Gamestop for close to five years. Gaming is in my blood!
My favorite game of all time is Metal Gear Solid: Tactical Espionage. I love all kinds of fighting games, but my top three right now would be Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Dead or Alive 5 and SSBB
Let's make a great game together, it's a pleasure to meet you all.

Yeah, I was considering setting up a topic like this myself. And I like the MGS series as well. I'm Brian Warner, and I'm the junior Unity developer. I'm a recent graduate of Devry University for Game and Simulation Programming. I did waste a year at the Art Institute beforehand, so I have been introduced to modeling and rigging in Max to an extent, and even worked with Maya before, though this is a very long time ago. Before this project, I only learned about the interface for Unity, so there is a learning curve I'm pushing through, though I've already learned a ton over the last week.
Other engines I've worked with are Unreal and Game Maker. I'm particularly experienced with using Game Maker Studio, almost to a fault. I can also create 8-bit sounds and simplistic 8-bit songs using a combination of Famitracker and Audacity as well as small special effect sprites, usually by modifying simple shapes and spamming filters. And they aren't my specialty in the least, but I can be fairly resourceful.
Fighting games and rhythm games are my top skill-based genres. This includes games like BlazBlue, Smash Bros, Guitar Hero, and Stepmania/FFR. The last in particular I spent a few years with, though I only play keyboard spread style. I could mash through almost any song without breaking a sweat, sometimes without looking at the screen depending on how lax the timing is and how compacted the arrows are. I used to play it on-campus while I was in college just for the reactions. Otherwise, I play a fairly wide range of genres depending on what suits my mood. League of Legends is what I've been playing most recently, mainly in solo queue ARAM normal games. I managed to hit the level cap within a month. I've never been entirely top-notch at a particular game, but I tend to go slightly beyond casual regardless of what I'm playing, unless it's FPS.

Jared I found motorstorm at the bargain bin at gamestop when i bought my ps3. Best two bucks I've ever spent.
Also, I'm glad to see everyone's enthusiasm! For the people with steam, we should game sometime!

That'd be a neat idea. I don't have much of an issue sharing it here, so my steam account is the same as my user name if anyone would like to add me.

My steam account is the same as well. I play LoL as well, my name on LoL is just Ciepher if you'd like to look me up. I mostly play solo ranked right now, and a dash of ARAM. I was also thinking we should make a new thread just for sharing assorted chat programs, games and the like.
